By downloading or using VibeCheck, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

VibeCheck provides AI-generated skin observations, facial analyses, and entertainment features. Features, results, pricing, availability, and technical requirements may change as the app is updated.

2. Informational and Entertainment Purposes

VibeCheck does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Skin analysis and all other results are automated estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for health decisions; consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns. Look-based and origin-guessing features are offered for entertainment and should not be treated as factual determinations.

3. Eligibility and Device Access

You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the store through which you obtained it. You are also responsible for your device, Google Play account, and purchases authorized through that account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass security or purchase controls, manipulate advertisements or rewards, submit content you do not have the right to use, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use VibeCheck for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. Your Photos and Content

You retain your rights in photos and feedback you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide the requested feature, operate the service, maintain security, and handle feedback. You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit the content, including images of other people.

6. Results and Local Data

Analysis history, preferences, and other app data may be stored locally. Local data can be lost if app storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, a device is replaced, or data becomes unavailable. We do not guarantee preservation or recovery of locally stored results.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

VibeCheck may offer VibeCheck Pro or other paid features through Google Play. The price, billing period, trial terms (if offered), taxes, and product details shown by Google Play before confirmation control your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play account before the renewal date.

Google Play administers payment, purchase restoration, cancellation, and refund eligibility under its applicable terms. Removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

8. Advertisements

The app may display advertisements or offer optional rewarded ads. Advertisement availability and delivery are not guaranteed. Any reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that its conditions were completed.

9. Reviews and Feedback

Ratings and reviews are optional and governed by Google Play. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to evaluate, support, and improve VibeCheck without an obligation to compensate you.

10. Service Availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of VibeCheck. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, continued availability of a feature, or a particular analysis result.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, VibeCheck is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use VibeCheck.
