This Privacy Policy describes how VibeCheck ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

VibeCheck does not require account registration. The app uses the following information only to provide its features:

• Photos: Images you take or select for skin or face analysis.
• App preferences: Language, country, onboarding progress, and similar in-app preferences stored on your device.
• Optional feedback: If you choose to send feedback, we send the message you write together with your app version and an app-specific identifier generated on your device.

2. How We Use Your Photos

Photos you submit are sent to our secure server solely for the purpose of AI-based analysis. Once the analysis is complete, the photo is permanently deleted from our servers. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

3. Local Data Storage

Analysis results, history, app preferences, premium status, and review-related state are stored locally on your device. This information is removed when you uninstall the application.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play: Used for in-app purchases and review prompts. These services operate according to Google's Privacy Policy.
• AI processing providers: Your photo is transmitted to one of these providers for analysis. Each provider processes the image according to their own privacy policy and does not retain the image after processing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We only share information as needed to provide analysis, advertising, purchases, review prompts, and optional feedback handling.

6. Children's Privacy

VibeCheck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Medical Disclaimer

VibeCheck is not a medical application. The analysis results are AI-generated estimations and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any skin-related concerns.

8. Security

Photos are transmitted over a secure connection and deleted from our servers immediately after analysis. If you send feedback, the message, app version, and app-specific identifier may be stored on our servers to review reports and reduce abuse.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
