By downloading or using Gender Swap: Age Filter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Entertainment service

The app creates synthetic portrait transformations for entertainment. Results can be inaccurate, unrealistic, or unexpected and must not be treated as factual statements about identity, gender identity, biological sex, age, ethnicity, or nationality.

2. Your portraits

You must have the right and permission to upload each portrait you submit. Do not upload unlawful content, intimate imagery without consent, images of another person without permission, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to harass, deceive, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person; bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the service; or use generated content for unlawful purposes.

4. Premium subscriptions

Optional premium subscriptions are available through Google Play. Current prices, billing periods, included benefits, trial information where applicable, and renewal terms are shown on the Google Play purchase screen before confirmation. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are administered by Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

5. Rewarded advertisements

The app may let you voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to reveal a result. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider reports that the viewing conditions were met. Ad availability is not guaranteed.

6. Generated content

You are responsible for how you use and share generated images and results. Do not present a generated output as authentic evidence or use it in a misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful manner.

7. Service availability and limitation

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, generation capacity, advertisements, premium offerings, or the service. To the extent permitted by law, Gender Swap: Age Filter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
