This Privacy Policy explains how Cukka Creatives handles information when you use Gender Swap: Age Filter (the app). The app does not require account registration.

1. Information we process

• Portraits and results: Portraits you take or select and the transformation images or entertainment-only results created from them.
• Request data: Selected language, country code, feature, premium state, app version, an app-specific installation identifier, and ordinary connection data such as IP address.
• Advertising data: Advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network signals, and ad interaction data may be processed by Google AdMob.
• Purchase data: Google Play supplies purchase state, subscription entitlement, product identifiers, and a purchase token needed to process purchases and restore access. We do not receive complete payment-card details.
• Diagnostics: Feature views, transformation events, purchase events, ad outcomes, errors, and device/app information may be collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

2. Permissions

• Camera: Used only when you choose to take a portrait in the app.
• System photo picker: Used when you choose a portrait. The app does not request broad access to your photo library for this action.
• Internet: Used to send transformation requests, deliver results, load rewarded ads, process purchases, and provide diagnostics.
• Vibration: Used for brief tactile feedback after interactions.

3. How portraits are used

When you start a transformation, the selected portrait and the request data listed above are sent to our backend and portrait-processing providers so the result can be created and delivered. We do not sell portraits or use them for unrelated advertising. Submitted portraits and results may be retained temporarily to process requests, deliver results, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

4. Ads and purchases

The app may offer an optional rewarded ad to reveal a result. Google AdMob may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, consent choices, and earned rewards. Optional premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Current prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Google Play.

5. Local storage and sharing

The app stores preferences, history, thumbnails, downloaded images, job identifiers, daily usage counters, and premium state in private app storage. This data is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app. We share data only with service providers needed for portrait processing, result delivery, advertising, purchases, diagnostics, security, and legal compliance.

6. Retention and deletion

Server-side portraits, request metadata, and results are retained according to the operational retention period of our backend and service providers. To request deletion of server-side data, email cukkacreatives@gmail.com with the subject “Gender Swap: Age Filter data deletion request” and include the approximate date, time, and feature used.

7. Children’s privacy

Gender Swap: Age Filter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Entertainment notice

Generated images and results are synthetic entertainment content and may be inaccurate or unrealistic. They do not establish a person’s identity, gender identity, biological sex, or actual age.
