Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cukka Creatives handles information when you use Style Shift (the app). Style Shift does not require an account.

1. Information we process

• Photos and generated results: Images you take or select as references for hairstyle, hair colour, seasonal fashion, and occasion fashion transformations, plus the AI-generated results created from them.
• Request data: Language, selected or detected country or region, app version, an app-specific identifier, premium status, daily usage state, selected feature, and ordinary connection data such as IP address.
• Advertising data: Advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location inferred from network signals, consent choices, and ad-interaction data may be processed by Google AdMob when an ad is shown.
• Purchase data: Google Play supplies purchase state, entitlement, product identifiers, and a purchase token needed to process or restore purchases. We do not receive complete payment-card details.
• Diagnostics and feedback: App interactions, transformation events, purchase events, ad outcomes, errors, device/app information, and optional feedback messages may be collected to operate and improve the app.

2. Permissions

• Camera: Used only when you choose to take a reference photo in the app.
• Photos / storage: Used when you select an image or save a generated result. On older Android versions, storage permission may be required to save images.
• Notifications: Used to send result-ready reminders if you allow notifications.
• Internet: Used to upload images, receive generated results, show ads, process purchases, and provide diagnostics.

3. How photos are used

When you create a transformation, the selected photo and request data are sent to our backend and image-processing providers so the result can be created and delivered. We do not sell your photos or use them for unrelated advertising. Submitted photos and results may be retained temporarily to process requests, deliver results, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

4. Ads and purchases

The app may offer a voluntary rewarded ad to reveal a result. Google AdMob may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, consent choices, and earned rewards. Optional Premium purchases or subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Current prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Google Play.

5. Storage and sharing

The app stores preferences, transformation history, thumbnails, downloaded images, job identifiers, daily usage counters, notification state, and premium state in private app storage. This data is removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app. We share data only with service providers needed for image processing, result delivery, advertising, purchases, diagnostics, security, and legal compliance.

6. Retention and deletion

Server-side photos, request metadata, results, and feedback may be retained according to the operational retention period of our backend and service providers. To request deletion of server-side data, email cukkacreatives@gmail.com with the subject “Style Shift data deletion request” and include the approximate date and time of your request.

7. Children’s privacy

Style Shift is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Style disclaimer

Generated images are AI-created visual previews for inspiration and entertainment. Results may vary based on lighting, pose, image quality, and selected options. They do not establish a person’s identity or real-world characteristics.
