By downloading or using Odyssey Arena, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Game service

Odyssey Arena is an entertainment game built around sword-and-shield arena combat. Features, characters, balance, rewards, progression, and availability may change as the game is updated.

2. Eligibility and device access

You are responsible for using the game in compliance with laws that apply to you and with the terms of the app store through which you obtained it. You are also responsible for your device, Google Play account, and any purchases authorized through that account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not cheat, exploit defects, manipulate advertisements or rewards, bypass purchase verification or security controls, reverse engineer the game except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with the service, or use Odyssey Arena for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. Progress, Gold, and virtual items

Game progress, Gold, unlocks, and other virtual items are licensed for use only inside Odyssey Arena. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not transferable unless the game expressly provides otherwise. Locally stored progress may be lost if app data is cleared, the game is uninstalled, a device is replaced, or a save becomes unavailable.

5. In-app purchases

Odyssey Arena may offer an optional one-time “Remove Ads” product through Google Play. The product removes non-rewarded advertisements and may include a one-time promotional Gold bonus as described on the purchase screen. Voluntary rewarded advertisements may remain available.

Current price, currency, taxes, and product details are displayed by Google Play before confirmation. Google Play administers payment, purchase restoration, and refund eligibility under its applicable terms. Reinstalling the game does not guarantee restoration of locally stored promotional rewards, although ownership of an eligible non-consumable product may be restored through the same Google Play account.

6. Advertisements and rewards

The game may show advertisements between matches. It may also let you voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to receive bonus Gold or another clearly described in-game benefit. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms that its viewing conditions were met. Advertisement availability and successful delivery are not guaranteed.

7. Reviews and feedback

The game may offer a Google Play review prompt. Submitting a rating or review is optional and governed by Google Play. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to evaluate and improve Odyssey Arena without an obligation to compensate you.

8. Service availability

We may update, rebalance, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the game, advertisements, purchases, virtual rewards, or the game itself. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of every locally stored game state.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Odyssey Arena is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
