Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ASMR Repair: Help Grandma (the “App”), Android package com.cukkacreatives.asmrclean, provided by Cukka Creatives. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules. You may not:

• Copy, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except where law permits.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Cheat, bypass security, interfere with operation, or use unauthorized software with the App.
• Use the App unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.

3. Virtual Items and Progress

The App may include virtual currency, upgrades, unlocks, or other digital items. These items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed rather than sold. Local progress or virtual items may be lost if you reset App data, uninstall the App, change devices, or if a technical issue occurs. Features and balancing may change as the App is updated.

4. In-App Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, and product details are shown before confirmation. Purchases are subject to Google Play's terms, payment methods, refund rules, and parental controls. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, completed purchases are final. For billing or refund requests, use the options available through Google Play.

You are responsible for protecting your device and Google Play account from unauthorized purchases. Parents and guardians should configure purchase authentication and family controls as appropriate.

5. Advertisements, Analytics, Reviews, and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Advertisements and links may lead to third-party content governed by separate terms and policies. We do not control or endorse third-party content merely because it appears in an ad. See our Privacy Policy for information about advertising data.

The App uses GameAnalytics to measure app launches, completed levels, sessions, technical information, and diagnostics. GameAnalytics is governed by its own terms and privacy materials. The App may also request an optional Google Play in-app rating and review after eligible gameplay. Google decides whether the prompt is displayed, and ratings or review text you choose to submit are processed under Google Play's terms and policies. You are never required to submit a review to continue using the App.

6. Ownership

The App, including its code, artwork, sounds, text, design, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Cukka Creatives and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Updates, Availability, and Termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available or that the App will work on every device or operating-system version. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cukka Creatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing Rules

These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Google Play's terms also apply to your download and purchases.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
